Bob Ricci is from New Jersey and the Philadelphia area, and currently lives in Colorado Springs. Bob has been with the Rovers since 2013, and has traveled with the crew to projects in multiple states. Bob appreciates the quality of the work of the Rovers, and the absolute focus on mission and respect. Bob now serves as treasurer from afar.

Loraine Guevarez

Loraine Guevarez is from Brazil, and has been in the US for 15 years. Loraine joined the Rovers during the same year as Doug, in our first full season. She is enamored of the Rovers' camaraderie and the friendships that come from being on the crew, alongside with the skills. Also, being outdoors and doing something for the community inspires her. Loraine is currently vice chair.

Bob Brunner

Bob 'Ironbob' Brunner is from Long Island, and he has been both a landscaper and a teacher - both career paths that have contributed significantly to the Rovers. Bob is one of the three founders of the crew, and he has worn many hats over the years - an original board member, project lead, crew lead, crew council member, and now board secretary and project coordinator.

Doug Comeau

Doug Comeau grew up north of Boston and moved to NY 25 years ago. A founding crew member, one of the things he likes best about the Rovers is "how we can join together to creatively make something out of seemingly nothing." Doug has also served as a crew council member, helping make operational decisions about trainings, safety, and project selection. Doug is chair of the board.

Matt Decker

Matt Decker joined the Jolly Rovers as a crew member in 2013 and as a board member in 2018. He loves to hike and run and he has always appreciated the vision, time and skill that it takes to build trails. Matt is a Land Project Manager at the Open Space Institute and he has previously worked with the Orange County and Hudson Highlands Land Trusts and Trust for Public Land. He holds degrees from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry and Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies.
